We are a mould manufacturer, focusing on development, manufacturing and sales of plastic injection moulds, including automotive moulds, thin wall moulds, plastic furniture moulds, home appliance moulds, domestic use and commerical use product moulds. We sells most products to Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers and now we has been also expanding sales through exporting to direct buyers and Tier 1 suppliers. With updating of a complete set of machining equipments including 5 axis CNC machining center, CNC carved machine, EDM, Wire EDM and consisting of 2D/ 3D design engineers, Tri-ordinate measuring technician, and QC technician, we have full ability to make precious moulds, so we are taking much more participate in European and American markets. All of these factors help TNT Mould set up a perfect production management system and quality management system and lay a solid foundation for the company. Now we has a total annual production capacity of 1000 units of plastic injection moulds.
